Valid photo ID card – Driver’s license, Voter Card, Passport or Joint FRCA / FNPF Card
TIN letter
Latest 3 months pay slips or employer’s letter with payroll details
Bank statements, if required
Utility bills for proof of street address, if required

Joining/annual fee: Not applicable on first year and $50.00 annually thereafter
Replacement card: $10.00 per replacement
Minimum payment: 10% of monthly card balance
Credit card interest rate: 21% per annum charged monthly on the outstanding balance.
Late payment fee: $15.00 charged monthly, where minimum monthly payment is not paid by due date.
Other interest, fees or charges that may be deemed applicable to the default of the credit card agreement
