Dilip Khatri
(Chairman)

Dilip is the Chairman and Managing Director and the driving force of “Jack’s of Fiji” Group of Companies. From humble beginnings in 1969, the Group has expanded its operations to include high end retailing, restaurants (franchisee for Hard Rock Cafe), garments manufacturing, building & construction, joinery and hydroponics.

Dilip has a passionate commitment to fulfilling social responsibilities, and over the years has been a patron of most of the social and religious organizations in Nadi. He was the Mayor of Nadi Town from 1993 to 1999. In 2002, the Government of Fiji recognized his contribution to Fiji by appointing him an Officer of the Order of Fiji and on 1 August 2006, he was appointed a member of the Fiji College of Honours.

Navin Patel
(Deputy Chairman)

Navin is a Managing Partner of Oswin Griffiths – DFK, a Chartered Accountancy Practice in Auckland New Zealand and is a graduate of Victoria University of Wellington. Navin has worked in New Zealand, Fiji and the USA. Navin specialises in management consultancy and auditing.

Navin is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in New Zealand and a Registered Trustee with the New Zealand Trustees Association. Navin has extensive international experience in auditing large public and private companies and in business consulting with industrial, retail, tourism, property and IT sector companies.

Dinesh Patel
(Director)

Dinesh is the Managing Director and Chairman of R.C.Manubhai Group (RCM) of Companies. RCM Group is a market leader in the hardware and building materials trade. RCM’s manufacturing interests include wire mesh, foam products and roofing sheets and profiles.

Dinesh is a Accountancy Graduate from the Auckland Technical Institute. Dinesh was a Board Member of Fiji Islands Trade & Investment Bureau and President of Ba Chamber of Commerce & Industries.

Suresh Patel
(Director)

Suresh is the Managing Director of the Challenge Engineering Group of Companies. Challenge Group is a successful business enterprise with business interests ranging from large property holdings and development, vehicle importing and trading and heavy machinery and equipment hire.
Suresh has a Bachelor Commerce Degree from University of Auckland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand.

Satish Parshotam
(Director)

Satish is the principal partner of the family law firm of Parshotam Lawyers, a reputable firm of Solicitors in Fiji. Parshotam Lawyers has been in active legal practice in Fiji since 1955. Satish holds a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Auckland. Satish was appointed a Notary Public by the Chief Justice of Fiji in 1988.

Satish is the Managing Director and shareholder of Candle Investments Limited a substantial investment and property holding and development
Company. Satish is also involved in service work with many charitable, religious and educational organisations in Fiji. He holds numerous Board and Trustee positions in these organisations. Satish has work experience in New Zealand and in Australia and is a member of the High Court of New Zealand and the High Court of Fiji.

Suliano Ramanu
(Director

Suliano Ramanu was nominated by the Fiji National Provident Fund to be appointed as a Director of the Company. The Fiji National Provident Fund is an Institutional Investor that took up a significant shareholding in the Company, in a private placement at the time of the listing of the Company on the South Pacific Stock Exchange and acquired the shareholding on the condition that they nominate a Director to be appointed to the Board of Directors.

Suliano Ramanu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and Economics Degree from the University of the South Pacific and is a Chartered Accountant. He is currently the Manager – Equities at the Fiji National Provident Fund, and his commercial and appraisal experience will be a welcome benefit to the Board of Directors.

David Alvin Evans
(Non-Executive and
Independent Director)

David is a management consultant with extensive banking and finance experience in the Asia-Pacific Region. He specialises in strategy and risk management as well as board governance and is an accredited facilitator for the Australian Institute of Company Directors. David is a graduate of the University of Queensland (BCom), University of Tasmania (MBA) and National University of Singapore/Stanford University (Graduate Executive).

David is a Fellow CPA Australia, Fellow Financial Services Institute of Australasia and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He
was awarded a Centenary Medal by the Australian Government for his services to the health industry through the National Heart Foundation.

Ratu Aisea Waka Vosailagi

Independent Director)

Ratu Aisea Waka Vosailagi is a former naval officer and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Maritime and Naval architecture). He is the Chief Executive Officer and Company Secretary of NaHina Limited. He holds directorships positions at Fiji Resorts Limited (owners of Shangrila Fijian Resort & Spa), Fijian Holdings Limited, South Sea Cruises Limited, National Fire Authority and the Fiji Rugby Union. He is also the Chairman of the Fijian Holdings Groups Subsidiary – Pacific Cement Limited. He is the current Chairman of the Nadroga/Navosa Provincial Council. Ratu Aisea Vosailagi will complement the Board with his wide spread commercial experience in many different industrial sectors and other organization.

Carina Hull
(Non-Executive and
Independent Director)

Carina Hull is currently the Senior Consultant at Human Synergistics New Zealand. In this role she partners with individual leaders, teams and organizations to increase capability, achieve business outcomes and improve organizational performance. She has completed assignments with large organizations in diverse sectors, such as Coca Cola Amatil, Goodman Fielder, IAG, Westfield, New Zealand Navy, OPUS, Auckland University, ANZ Bank, Fisher & Paykel Appliances, Griffins and Air New Zealand. Her areas of expertise include organizational development, building constructive cultures, individual development, team development, change management and facilitation of accreditation programs focused on leadership and culture.

Ms Hull holds an advanced Diploma in Business Management from Manukau Institute of Technology (MIT) and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Auckland, NZ.

P.L Munasinghe
(Chief Executive Officer) 

P.L Munasinghe or “PL” as he is commonly known, is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He is Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (UK). PL has extensive commercial experience both in Sri Lanka and in Fiji.

PL took up the position of Chief Executive Officer in March 2011. He is responsible for the day to day Management of the Company operations.
