Incorporation of PNG Subsidiary – Vision Homecentres Limited
After obtaining the requisite approvals from the Reserve Bank of Fiji, the Company incorporated a fully owned subsidiary in Papua New Guinea (PNG), under the name – Vision Homecentres Limited. .
